  • Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • Expiry dates apply and must be used within the stated validity period.
  • Gift certificates are applied as a credit to the recipient’s client file upon redemption.
  • Gift certificates may be transferred to another individual prior to redemption; however, the clinic must be notified before the appointment is scheduled.
  • All purchases are redeemable only as in-store credit across services at The Heritage Aesthetics Clinic. Credit does not guarantee any treatment.
