Late Policy

• We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment as scheduled.
• If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be completed as originally planned. This may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule your appointment.
• If a patient is more than 10 minutes late to their appointment, it will be considered a NO-SHOW, and they will forfeit their $250 deposit fee and will not be credited towards future treatments.
• If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please text or call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, either by rescheduling your appointment for a more convenient time or adjusting your treatment as necessary.
